Shipping policy
1. Subject to you complying with VKB-SIM Australia's Terms of service and acceptance of your order by VKB-SIM Australia, VKB-SIM Australia will sell and supply the products to you as shown on your order confirmation.
2. Products may not be available for immediate delivery. VKB-SIM Australia will endeavour to ship your order to you within one (1) business day of the date you placed your order.
3. VKB-SIM Australia uses third-party contractors such as Australia Post for the delivery of your order.
4. Delivery within Australia is either by Standard Post or Express Post and charges apply in addition to the product costs.
5. Orders for addresses in New Zealand and Indonesia are dispatched from our Australian warehouse. Delivery times and fees are calculated at the time you place your order. Your order may be subject to duties, taxes, handling, and/or other charges by New Zealand and Indonesian authorities respectively. These fees and charges are not included in the cost of your order and are not reimbursed by VKB-SIM Australia. You will be required to pay such fees and charges before the Goods are delivered to you. If you choose not to pay these fees and charges, you therefore do not accept delivery of the Goods, and you agree to forfeit all monies paid at the time you placed your order and you agree not to seek reimbursement of the monies paid, including opening a chargeback claim of the monies paid via your card issuer financial institution or payment service provider.
6. New Zealand Customs & Import Fees (Effective April 1, 2026)
Due to recent changes by the New Zealand Customs Service, all orders shipped from Australia to New Zealand are now subject to government import levies.
For orders under NZD $1,000 (approx. AUD $950):
A mandatory Low-Value Goods Levy applies. For shipments via Australia Post, this levy is charged at NZD $1.28 per kilogram (plus 15% NZ GST). This fee is imposed directly by the New Zealand government and is not a handling fee charged by our store.
For orders over NZD $1,000:
A formal customs entry is required. This incurs a combined Customs and Biosecurity levy of NZD $51.81 (plus applicable duties and 15% NZ GST on the goods). The buyer must act as the importer of record and may need to complete additional documentation.
How these fees are collected:

You will not pay these fees at checkout on our website.

Australia Post will collect these fees directly from you (the recipient) upon delivery, prior to releasing the parcel, or via an invoice sent after delivery.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all New Zealand government import levies, regardless of whether they are billed at the time of delivery.
Important Note: We cannot predict or pre-pay these New Zealand government levies. They are separate from the shipping fee you pay us and separate from any GST you may have paid at checkout (if applicable). If you refuse to pay the levy upon delivery, the parcel will be abandoned or returned to us, and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs.
7. Some products may not be held in stock or may be on back order. You agree that your order for any such products may take up to four (4) weeks to be delivered to you from the date you placed your order. This timeframe is the average delivery lead time required by our manufacturer. VKB-SIM Australia will contact you on receipt of your order to notify you of the indicative delivery date.
8. When you complete your order you will be prompted to specify the address the order is to be delivered to. VKB-SIM Australia only ships to addresses in Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia.
9. If VKB-SIM Australia gives you notice that it will be unable to deliver your order within ten (10) business days of receipt of your order, due to lack of stock, you may cancel your order without charge, and VKB-SIM Australia will arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you to be processed.
10. Delivery times may be greater than 10 business days for regional or remote areas in Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia.
11. The delivery address must be an address within Australia, New Zealand or Indonesia and cannot be a freight forwarding location. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
12. On receipt of your order by VKB-SIM Australia, your order will be dispatched to your specified delivery address generally within one (1) business days of the date you placed your order.
13. The third-party contractor we engage to perform the delivery of your order will deliver the products to you according to their terms & conditions. You agree to be bound to these terms & conditions when you place your order.
The third-party contractor may leave the products at your address at a location that may not necessarily be secure. You agree that the products are in your possession once delivery at such location has occurred and therefore the risk of loss of the products is solely yours.
Your signature is no longer required for the third-party contractor to leave the products at your address.
If you do not wish to have the products left at your address while unattended you must specify so when you place your order.
You agree that VKB-SIM Australia is not liable for any loss of the products once the products have been deposited at your address.
14. If you wish to change the delivery address you must contact us at support@vkb-sim.com.au immediately. If the order has already been dispatched we cannot change the delivery address.
15. VKB-SIM Australia will use its best endeavours to deliver your order within any stated timeframes for dispatch, however VKB-SIM Australia does not warrant that these timeframes will always be met, as many factors may affect these timeframes.
16. VKB-SIM Australia cannot and will not accept responsibility for delivery failures or delays by our third party delivery contractor.
