I made the purchase being able to see that the unit I wanted was on back-order, and since the (short) wait time was acceptable to me, I went ahead with the order. On the day that they had predicted I received confirmation of the unit being sent, and shortly after it arrived, no mess, no fuss. Great service.

The joystick is awesome. Super-stable, seems unbreakable, plenty of buttons on the space combat edition. Assembly seemed daunting when first opening the box, but was actually very easy, nice to have the optioning of selecting spring strength, and if I do eventually go for a full simulator seat, it is nice to know that I can securely bolt it down if/when needed. Well worth the money.

I recently purchased the Gladiator WVO for use with DCS and helicopters in particular. The product arrived in really manner, well packaged and exactly as expected. The limited assembly required is incredibly easy the instruction video on YouTube is highly intuitive and very easy to follow, allowing very easy set-up, with very minimal skill required. The steel base ready screwed for the desk mounting unit confers a genuine strength and stability when using it I game.

Configuration using that VKB software was very easy and straight forward and was very quick. In-game set-up with DCS was very easy.

The in-game experience is amazing. Removing springs and engaging dampeners for a helicopter control system is easy and creates a unique and realistic experience.

Simply, this is an amazing product that has delivered incredible value so far. I’ll be buy from VKB again.

Feels super high quality and has a myriad of customisation options. I’m new to sim but have tried a couple of cheaper options and it’s not even worth wasting your money if you want quality like these.

It was easy to put together, the calibration was simple thanks to online tutorials and that was it. The people at VKB Australia were great, when I asked a question they answered within 24hrs. Top marks. Very happy with my purchase.

My first throttle, it's built really well. I still haven't found a use for all the buttons!

The custom detents (and swappable modules) took me a bit to wrap my head around, but they're really cool and you can really customize it to your preference to be just how you like it, especially in the software which is amazing.

My main thumb hat did develop some squeaking after some use. I recommend getting some silicone WD-40 or similar to fix squeaks, it's quite easy to take off a specific module or open up the main throttle pieces to fix.
