This is an absolout nightmate to get it up and running u gotta download software , and place in folders and then u jave to make sure its all done properly or u end up like hours fkn around with stuff u have no idea about , this company is missingbout on millions just because of this one thing , absoloutly ridiculous to set up
Very good flight stick for MSFS 2024 but would be better in triggers and buttons were physically numbered instead of having to keep going to config but overall very good

Quality manufacturer. My setup is with joystick, throttle, 2 SEMs and FSM-GA with all the controls you need to fly and control Autopilot and cameras. Just started my circumnavigation of Australia. Thanks.
Shipped a faulty product with an issue with the screws not aligning. Means I cannot assemble the base plate properly.
Poor experience with customer service... Made me take videos and then delayed and pretended to not understand the issue even though it is very basic.
Also, they keep deleting my very legitimate negative review...

We would like to clarify the situation for all readers of this review.
The issue was noted straight away by our Support team and engaged with you to troubleshoot the issue.
We were not able to pinpoint the problem via remote support despite the involvement of one of our senior techs.
Hence why we asked you to send in the parts in question so we could review the issue and rectify any potential problems in a speedy and efficient manner.
You had asked us to send parts to you for your own attempts to troubleshoot the issue. This is not an effective way to resolve the problem.
We also confirmed with you that the controller was in a state whereby you could continue using the controller without any impacts on your gaming and then in due course, whenever the timing suited you, to send the parts to us.
We committed a maximum turn-around time of one week to you as we have all potential parts in question in stock at our warehouse.
Unfortunately, you chose to decline our offer.
This is an industry-standard approach to troubleshooting products of this kind and we have been able to serve customers in this way for many years.
We are now reaching out to you via personal email again to resolve the issue one way or the other.
